My name is Ada Rios. I am a Psycho Bio Therapist trained at the Biodecodage School in France. I am also a clinical reflexologist, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Instructor, and yoga instructor in Kundalini, Sundo, Hatha, and Vinyasa. I use these combined disciplines to help individuals restore balance in their physical, emotional, and energetic systems so they can live healthier, more aligned lives.

I firmly believe that the body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected, and that many physical and emotional imbalances stem from unresolved internal patterns. While genetics and environment play a role, our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are major contributors to overall health and well-being. The Ed Cleveland Reiki & Sound Therapy Training Center

Ed Cleveland is the founder and owner of The Ed Cleveland Reiki & Sound Therapy Training Center in Hartford, CT. My name is Austin Farineau. I am 25 years old and have been studying and practicing traditional Chinese wellness systems since 2005.
